The price of the goods shall not be fixed by this agreement, but the goods shall be appraised by [Name of Appraiser], of [Address of Appraiser], [City of Appraiser], [State of Appraiser], and the valuation placed on the goods by that appraisal, plus [Percent premium]% percent, shall be the purchase price to be paid under this agreement.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
